excercise endorphins and sleep monsters

I've finally started hitting the gym on a regular basis with my brother as my personal trainer. I must say i'm enjoying the weight lifting and the stretching but the running can be rather exhausting, but i suppose that's the best part. What I can't seem to understand is why I'm always sleepy, even when I go to bed at 11 i'm still sleepy the next day and now I actually get good sleep cos I've started sleeping on the floor, I've given up my mattress and use it to store my books and paraphernalia.

This is my last homecoming at school but I haven' t participated at all, i figure every year is the same, and really with the state of the world who cares!

Tonight is the school premiere of "Where you going Red Ryder" all my friends are acting in it, and I helped build the stage so I'm going to go check it out. toodles!

TIG BOOKCLUB

What do you think about a TIG bookclub? there are so many wonderful books out there that are hidden amidst the trash and rubble, and I for one would love if someone could let me know about the jewels so that I can skip the rest. I also love having discussions about a book I've read and am currently reading Stupid White Men which I'm reading a year or so late, but I just found out about it, and am so excited about and so I'm trying to return the favor by telling everyone who's read that or even if they haven't to check out "Dude where's my country"? By the same author.

Book lover signing out!

"Stupid White Men"

I just started reading "Stupid White Men" by Michael Moore!! And I'm can barely put it down. okay so its been out for awhile and I'd been hearing good things about it, but now that I've gotten my hand on the book I understand what everyone's been talking about.

Its unbelievably scary almost like 1984 for today's world. Whats going on!! Are we letting the media brainwash us, or is apathy killing us?

I'll write more as soon as I finish the book, but if you've read it already I'd love to hear your thoughts on it! If you haven't, you should!
